Five Tales Farm is seeking a two seasonal team member to join us from November 2025 through April 2026 for our peak growing season. This is a physical, full-time role suited to someone who values purposeful work, can maintain a steady pace, and takes pride in doing things well.

About the Role

This is a hands-on field position. You’ll be involved in all aspects of production, including:

• Planting and harvesting a wide variety of crops

• Bed preparation, weeding, irrigation, and crop care

• Washing, packing, and processing produce for restaurants and local customers

• General farm maintenance and occasional tractor operation

Work is physically demanding and outdoors in all conditions. We work at a consistent, productive pace, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail across all tasks.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous farming experience, but you do need to show up with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who:

• Maintains steady, focused work across full days

• Works well in a small team and takes direction

• Communicates clearly (strong English required)

• Values quality, consistency, and reliability

• Enjoys contributing to a positive, community-minded work environment

If you have relevant licenses (e.g. tractor, forklift) or experience in farming, horticulture, or physical outdoor work, that’s an advantage—but not essential.
